World Cup Recap #2

Friday, June 18th, 2010

I’m still trying to figure out what the call was on that third US goal! I know the Argentina game played yesterday and you all want updates on that, but come on how terrible was the officiating of the USA game?!

Not only did we have a goal called back, but we also had Findley get his second yellow card of the tourney, forcing him to sit the next game. The yellow card was on an alleged hand ball in the box, but the ball hit him in the face, not hand! (more…)

iSource and The World Cup

Thursday, June 10th, 2010

We know that no matter what country you’re cheering for in the World Cup this event is something that is looked forward to around the globe, so iSource Digital is getting geared up for the event! The iSource Digital website will have a World Cup theme throughout the event, and this blog will have exclusive agency post game thoughts, feelings and maybe even some smack talk.

Since we have offices in Argentina, we will not only be cheering for the US, but Argentina will certainly be on our watch list. Thursday is the opening ceremonies and Friday has the first matches, which include the host country, South Africa vs. Mexico. Saturday brings the matches iSource Digital has been holding its collective breath for, Argentina vs. Nigeria and England vs. United States.

Here at iSource Digital we share the passion for our teams, the passion for the World Cup and most of all the passion for soccer. Stop by our blog throughout the World Cup to get our post game thoughts and reactions (and maybe even some trash talk between our Argentina and USA fans). And since we aren’t able to make the World Cup a holiday, you will also find agency news and client updates here as well.
